CHICAGO, Illinois, September 2, 2025– Concert Group Holdings, Inc., (“Concert”), today announced the appointment of Tom Carroll as Chief Actuary. Carroll’s appointment follows the August 1, 2025 promotion of Sam LaDuca, former Chief Actuary, to the position of Concert’s CEO.
Concert also announced that a newly-created position, Vice President, Human Resources, will be held by Lori Rangel-Brown.
Reporting to LaDuca, both appointments were effective as of September 1, 2025.
“I’m delighted to welcome Tom and Lori to the Concert team,” said LaDuca. “They represent tangible evidence of the momentum our company has achieved in executing its strategy for sustainable, profitable growth in today’s competitive market.
“In passing the Chief Actuary baton to Tom, I know that his two decades of experience in the insurance and financial services industry, and his insight into the program and captives segments, will be of particular benefit to Concert as we continue to diversify our portfolio.
“Similarly, Lori’s depth and breadth of experience in the recruitment and retention of talent, as well as performance management, will ensure that Concert’s track record for developing highly functioning teams will be maintained.”
