CHICAGO, Illinois, August 2, 2023 – Concert Group Holdings, Inc., (“Concert”), today announced the appointment of Edward Renner to the newly created position of Vice President, Senior Corporate Counsel. Renner joined the company on August 1, 2023.

Reporting to Chief Legal Officer, Matthew Wagner, and a member of Concert’s management team, Renner’s initial focus will be contract review and management, the management and development of internal policies and procedures, and human resources oversight. He will be based in Chicago.

Renner comes to Concert from the American Property Casualty Insurance Association (APCIA) where he was Assistant Vice President, Corporate Counsel. During his four years at APCIA, he was responsible for high volume contract management, legal enterprise risk management and enforcement compliance with APCIA’s insurance-related contract obligations. He also supported the organization’s human resources function and was a regular presenter at its annual Human Resources Conference.

Renner holds a Juris Doctorate (cum laude) from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in psychology with a minor in computer science. He is admitted to practice law in the state of Illinois, U.S. District Courts (Northern District, Illinois and Central District, Illinois) and the U.S. Court of Appeals (7th Circuit).
